Prendre conscience de l'impermanence de tout ce qui nous entoure et surtout de nous-mêmes est une pratique de méditation très importante dans le bouddhisme.

Si nous parvenons à ne pas ignorer ce fait et à intégrer cette pensée dans notre vie quotidienne, cela peut créer de bonnes bases pour un contenu et une vie heureuse.
